Sweet Potato Onion Bread | Mother's Day Edition

$16.95

My mom is like a lot of moms. She goes to great lengths to let me know she believes in me and is certain I can achieve anything I set my mind to. Yet when I do something exceptional, she’s shocked. That mother/daughter dynamic is caramelized, proofed and baked into every loaf of our sweet potato onion bread. From the moment this donut-shaped wheel of cravable carbs graced the tables of Chef & the Farmer, my mother swore we must have bought the faintly sweet, complex, chewy, perfect round from a bread whisperer rather than baked it ourselves.

Mom was wrong, and that did me, her daughter, a little good.

This mother’s day toast your mom with the best bread we’ve ever baked and show her you are in fact the thoughtful adult with good taste she raised you to be but secretly doubted you’d become.

PRESSING QUESTIONS

I have an allergy. Where can I find the ingredients?
Yeast, bread flour, onions, vegetable oil, salt, vital wheat gluten, honey, sweet potato puree

Is it vegan or gluten-free?
No and no.

How many does it serve?
The bread is a 1.5 pound loaf. Each is hand formed so the sizes vary slightly. How many that serves is up to you and your generosity.

How long will it keep? Should it be refrigerated? Can it be frozen?
If you're not going to enjoy the bread soon, please store in the refrigerator to help keep it fresh. It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. If you need to wait longer, the bred can be stored in the freezer for 2-3 months.

Can I include a gift message?
Absolutely. During checkout you’ll have the option to include a short note on the packing slip.

What’s the deal with shipping?
All orders will be shipped via 2-Day FedEx on May 4th, 5th, or 6th for arrival by Saturday, May 8th.

As much as we’d love to hand deliver your package, we haven’t figured that out yet. So we have to rely on FedEx to do that job for us and, while we have full faith, we are unable to guarantee delivery by a specific date.

Can my order be shipped to a P.O. Box?
Shucks, no. Our precious cargo is shipped through FedEx and they are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
